We are building a diverse leadership pipeline for the law and for our communities. We believe a rising tide lifts all boats - therefore a focus on critical thinking skills in education will benefit students all along the law pathway.
Access to Justice is a major focus for the legal profession. In building a diverse leadership pipeline, we strive to open the doors of law and law-related careers to underrepresented members of the legal profession.
Building a diverse leadership pipeline into the law will lead to a more diverse and representative workforce - not only in law, but in all segments of society where lawyers and law-related careers contribute to the workforce.
