Ms. White is Council Chair, Fresno Region Law Pathway Collaborative. She is also co-chair of the Bench-Bar Coalition (BBC) representing the Northern/Central Region. Ms. White has been an active member of many legal and philanthropic organizations in Fresno and Sacramento. Ms. White has an unwavering commitment to seeking support from our legislature for the judicial branch.

 

Since becoming a member of the California Bar, Ms. White devoted much of her career to public service. From 1998 until 2005, Ms. White was a Deputy District Attorney for Fresno County prosecuting some of the most heinous crimes against children. In 2005, Ms. White became a Senior Deputy City Attorney specifically assigned to represent the Fresno Police Department as their legal advisor. In 2010, Ms. White joined the private sector and became general counsel for Trinity Fruit Company, Inc. a large agricultural grower, packer and shipper in central California. She is now General Counsel for Guarantee Real Estate, a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate.

 

Throughout her professional career, Ms. White has been an active force in both her local bar in Fresno and the California State Bar. She previously served California Women Lawyers as a board member, Commission Member for the State Bar of California Legal Services Trust Fund and past President of the Fresno County Bar Association. Ms. White is currently a board of Trustee member for the only local law school, San Joaquin College of Law, where she also serves on their Finance committee. She is committed to serving her community on the Fresno County Focus Forward Board, Victim/Offender Reconciliation Program, Pro Bono Board and State Bar of California’s Council on Access and Fairness Pathway to Law School Initiative. Ms. White is chairperson of the United Way Women’s Initiative focusing on the fight against Human Trafficking, Secretary for the Rotary Club of Fresno and Board of Directors for the Central California Appellate Project.

 

She received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fresno and received her juris doctorate from San Joaquin of Law and awards for her awards such as Justice Pauline Hanson for her efforts in bring justice to the disadvantage and minorities in Fresno County. Ms. White is devoted to the justice system and will commit her unending devotion to serving the community.
